IT Executive
📍Penang, Georgetown
💻 Help Desk & IT Support
⏱️Full Time
Key Responsibility
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices, servers, and workstations
- Implement and manage security measures to protect our data and systems
- Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades and improvements
- Provide end-user support and training on our IT systems and applications
- Monitor network performance and implement measures to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of IT-related activities and issues
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support or network administration role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows administration and Active Directory management
- Understanding of network security best practices and experience in implementing security measures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve IT-related issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with end-users and the IT team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve the company’s IT objectives
Sales Admin/ Clerk (Indoor)

💻 Provide the necessary support to the field sales team
⏱️Full Time
Key Responsibility
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
Sales Executive (Outdoor)

Key Responsibility
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

IT Coordinator

💻Maintaining our information technology systems and networks

Key Responsibility
- Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
- Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
- Act as link between end users and higher level support
- Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
- Monitor system and network performance
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
- Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)
- Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
- Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated
- Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Diploma/Degree in information technology or computer science is preferred
